If you're experiencing issues accessing content after purchasing a subscription through the app, you can restore your purchase directly within the Business Insider app. Follow the steps below to restore access to your subscription:
- Open the Business Insider app.
- Tap the Silhouette icon located at the bottom right-hand corner of the app.
- If currently logged in, log out of the app before proceeding.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
