Subscriptions purchased through the App subscriptions are managed through the platform where you purchased your subscription, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Use the instructions below to manage your subscription through the Business Insider app.

Changing Your Subscription Plan
Use the steps below to change your subscription through the Business Insider app:
- Open the Business Insider App.
- Tap the Silhouette Icon located at the bottom right-hand corner of the app.
- Tap My Subscription.
- Tap Manage Subscription.
- Select Business Insider.
- Tap See All Plans if you're using an Apple device, or Manage Subscription if you're on Android.
- Choose the new plan you want to switch to.

Canceling Your Subscription
Use the steps below to cancel your subscription through the Business Insider app:
- Open the Business Insider App.
- Tap the Silhouette Icon located at the bottom right-hand corner of the app.
- Tap My Subscription.
- Tap Manage Subscription.
- Select Business Insider.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
