How do I change my password?

To change your password through businessinsider.com:

1. Click the silhouette icon at the top right of your screen
2. Click ‘Profile’
3. Click ‘Reset Password’ and follow the prompts

To change your password through the Business Insider App:

Please ensure that you have the most up-to-date version of the app prior to completing the below steps:

1. Click the silhouette icon at the bottom right of your screen
2. Click on your name or on ‘Enter Account Details’
3. Click on ‘Reset Password’ and follow the prompts
