Where can I purchase an app subscription?
The ability to purchase a subscription is available through both the Apple App store and the Google Play store. Please note that subscriptions purchased on the app will be managed by the Apple App store or Google Play store depending on your device type.
Is my app purchase valid through the web?
If you purchased a subscription on the mobile app, you will have access to your subscription across all devices, including web.
I purchased my subscription through the app and can’t open articles or log in. What can I do? (Restore Purchase)
- If you purchased your subscription on an older version of the mobile app and can not access content or login, tap on ‘Restore purchase’. This feature is located in the Account screen (👤).
- After tapping ‘Restore purchase’, you will be prompted to sign in with your Apple ID or Google Play username.
- We recommend creating an Insider account to link to your subscription after restoring your purchase. You can use this account to access your subscription on our website and all of your devices.
Please note that restoring your purchase will only work if you are currently using the same type of device used when making your original purchase (iOS or Android). If you switched from an iOS device to an Android device or vice versa, please contact our support team for further assistance, firstname.lastname@example.org.
