Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Absolutely! Gift subscriptions are a great way to share market-moving news from key companies, entrepreneur spotlights, and real world pitch decks with your, friends, family, colleagues, or classmates. We currently offer an annual gift subscription.
How are gift subscriptions delivered?
When purchasing the gift subscription you will be prompted to enter your recipient's email address, a delivery date, and a custom message. On the delivery date, the recipient will receive a voucher code and instructions to claim their subscription.
Can I purchase multiple gift subscriptions?
Yes! You can purchase multiple gift subscriptions one at a time through our main gifting page.
I purchased a gift subscription and my recipient did not receive their voucher code. What should I do?
Gift vouchers are sent out on the delivery date selected at the time of purchase. Check the email confirmation of your purchase to confirm the date of your purchase. If the recipient did not receive their gift voucher through email on the delivery date selected, contact us and we will be happy to help!
There was a typo if my gift recipient's email address. What can I do?
Please contact us! We will update the email address and resend the voucher.
I received a gift voucher. How do I claim it?
You received a redemption link in the email about your gift voucher. Once you open the link and enter your voucher code.
When does my gift subscription begin and end?
Your subscription will begin at the moment that you redeem your voucher code and it will end a year from that date.
Do I need to create an account to redeem my gift voucher?
Yes! After you click the redemption link delivered to you, you will be prompted to either log in or create an account.
