How are gift subscriptions delivered?
When purchasing the gift subscription, you will be prompted to enter your recipient's email address, a delivery date, and a custom message. On the delivery date, the recipient will receive a voucher code and instructions on how to claim their subscription.
Can I purchase multiple gift subscriptions?
Yes! You can purchase multiple gift subscriptions one at a time through our main gifting page.
I purchased a gift subscription but my recipient did not receive their voucher code. What should I do?
Gift vouchers are sent out on the delivery date selected at the time of purchase. Check the email confirmation of your purchase to confirm the date of your purchase. If the recipient did not receive their gift voucher through email on the delivery date selected, complete our submit a request form and our Support team will be happy to help!
There was a typo in my gift recipient's email address. What can I do?
Please contact our Support team by completing our submit a request form. Once the request is received, we will update the recipient's email address and resend their voucher.
I received a gift voucher. How do I claim it?
The redemption link provided within the gift voucher email will allow you to claim your subscription. Once you open the link, enter that voucher code.
Do I need to create an account to redeem my gift voucher?
Yes! After you click the redemption link delivered to you, you will be prompted to either login or create an account
When does my gift subscription begin and end?
Your subscription will begin at the moment that you redeem your voucher code and it will end a year from that date.
I received a gift voucher and can not redeem it. What can I do?
