In order to manage your subscription that was purchased through the web, visit our site here and follow the steps below:
- Visit your ‘My Account’ page
- Open the ‘Subscriptions’ tab
- Click ‘Manage’
- ‘Choose ‘Don't bill me again’
Once you complete the steps above your account will be set to expire and you will no longer be charged. If you do not see the ’Manage’ option in your account management page, you may have purchased your subscription in our mobile app.
How do I cancel my iOS subscription?
You can cancel your account at any time through your iOS device by visiting the iTunes App Store and following the steps below:
- Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store
- Tap your Apple ID > View Apple ID
- Tap Subscriptions > Insider
- Use the options to manage your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
Once you complete the steps above your account will be set to expire and you will no longer be charged.
How do I cancel my Google Play subscription?
In order to manage your subscriptions in the app, visit the Google Play Store and follow the steps below:
- Launch the Google Play Store app
- Tap Menu > My Apps > Subscriptions and tap on the Insider app
- Alternatively, tap Menu > My Apps > Tap the app of the subscription you'd like to cancel > Tap the app's details page
Once you complete the steps above your account will be set to expire and you will no longer be charged.
