How to cancel:
In order to manage your subscription that was purchased through the web, visit our site here and follow the steps below:
- Visit your Edit My Account page
- Log into your Business Insider account (if necessary)
- Click Subscription
- Click Manage
- Choose Don't bill me again
Once you complete the steps above your account will be set to expire and you will no longer be charged.
If you do not see the Manage option in My Account:
You may have purchased your subscription in our mobile app. Please check our "How do I cancel my Google Play subscription?" and "How do I cancel my iOS subscription?" articles for detailed instructions on how to cancel.
