How do I update my current payment method?
To update your payment method, please follow these steps.
- Visit your ‘My Subscription’ page
- Open the ‘Billing’ tab and select ‘Edit’
- Enter the updated payment information
- Check the box for ‘Apply this payment method to all active subscriptions’
- Save changes
How do I add a new payment method?
To add a new payment method, please follow the steps below.
- Visit your ‘My Subscription’ page
- Open the ‘Billing tab’
- Select ‘Add PayPal’ or ‘Add a Credit Card’
- Enter the new payment information
- Check the ‘Apply this payment method to all active subscriptions’ box
- Save changes
How do I remove my payment information?
Payment information can be removed by following the steps below.
- Visit your ‘My Subscription’ page
- Open the ‘Billing tab’
- Select ‘Delete’ next to the payment method you would like to remove
However, payment information that is linked to an active subscription can only be deleted once the subscription has expired or been canceled. To replace a payment method, you will need to add a new method of payment before deleting the old one.
