How do I change my email address?

You can change the email associated with your Business Insider account either on the website or in the app. Follow the steps below based on where you prefer to make the update.

Changing your email address on bussinessinsider.com:

1. Click on the Hamburger Icon (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the menu and click on My Account.
3. Click Profile from the menu on the left side.
4. Click Update Email.
5. Enter your new email address, then click Update Email.

Changing your email address in the Business Insider App:

1. Tap the Silhouette icon located at the bottom right-hand corner of the app.
2. Click on your name or on Enter Account Details.
3. Click on your email address.
4. Enter your new email address, then click Save Changes.

Note: Please ensure your app is updated to the latest version before proceeding. You can update it on your Apple or Android device by following the steps provided at the links.
