How do I find my subscription receipt?

Receipts for payments made through businessinsider.com   

1. Visit your My Subscription page.
2. Scroll down and click on Billing History.
3. Find the transaction you need and click View.
4. Your receipt will download automatically—check your downloads folder.

If your receipts are not available here, please contact our Customer Support team at [e-mail] with the below details, and they will assist you in retrieving your receipts:

• The email address associated with your subscription
• The dates of the receipts you're looking for

Receipts for payments made through the Apple App Store

1. Open the Apple App Store on your device.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top right of the screen.
3. Select your name to view your account.
4. Scroll down to Purchase History and locate the order you're looking for.
5. Tap Total Billed to view the receipt details.
6. To resend your receipt, tap Resend at the bottom of the receipt page.

If you cannot find your purchase, ensure you are signed into the Apple App Store with the Apple ID used for the transaction.

Receipts for payments made through the Google Play Store

1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top right of the screen.
3. Select Payments & Subscriptions from the menu.
4. Tap Budget & History to view your purchase details.
5. Select an order to find your receipt.
