Accessing the Group Subscription Management Page
- Log in and click the “Silhouette” icon next to your name in the top right corner of businessinsider.com to access your shortcuts page.
- On the left side, click the "Corporate" tab to open your group subscription management page.
Adding Members
When you add members, they will receive an email invite to set up their accounts.
- Click on “Invite Members”.
- Add email addresses separated by a comma, new line, or space.
- Click “Submit”.
Please note: Members can only be added if there are available seats. To upgrade and add more seats, please contact group-subscriptions@businessinsider.com.
Removing Members or Resending an Invite
- Resend Invite: For unclaimed accounts, click the three dots next to the user’s email address and select “Resend Invite”.
- Remove User: Click the three dots next to the user’s email address and select “Remove”.
Requesting an Invoice
An invoice was sent via email to your account administrator at the time of purchase. For another copy, email us at group-subscriptions@businessinsider.com.
Canceling Your Subscription
Group subscriptions are on a 12-month term and cannot be canceled before the term ends. To cancel your upcoming renewal, email us at group-subscriptions@businessinsider.com.
